    Tabata Workout

If you want to burn more calories at a shorter time, the Tabata Workout is perfect for you. It’s a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) wherein you work out hard for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest - repeat this set 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. The workout may be quick but it’s a great way to improve your endurance! You even get to continue burning calories hours after you finish this exercise.

    Pilates

Pilates has a long list of benefits. To name a few, you get to work out your entire body for balanced muscle development, you can improve and develop your flexibility, and you can even improve your overall awareness. No need to drop by a studio to practice Pilates - you can try it right at home.

    Bodyweight Circuit Training

Circuit Training might sound intimidating at first, but it’s actually one of the most effective workouts out there, even for beginners.
It’s a form of working out where you rotate a series of exercises, either focusing on strength, cardio, or both, one after the other with no rests in between. Circuit Training can help train your body more functionally and efficiently. It can even help with avoiding plateaus since you can customize the workout however you want!

    Shadow Boxing

Even if you don’t have a punching bag at home, you can still exercise your muscles through shadow boxing. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this is an effective exercise to work out your chest, shoulders, arms, and leg muscles. It’s also a great way to improve your balance and overall coordination while burning a ton of calories.

    Dance Cardio

Oh, the dreaded cardio - something even gym buffs don’t look forward to. Contrary to popular belief, cardio can actually be a whole lot of fun, if you choose your workout well. If you want to integrate variety to your cardio, you can try out Dance Cardio!
Dance cardio is a full-body workout that can make you sweat, improve balance, sense of rhythm and overall mood. Make this workout session even more fun by having a virtual dance cardio session together with your friends!

    Yoga

If you’re not in the mood for some heavy cardio or intense bodyweight exercises, you can try doing some yoga to end your day. It’s the perfect way to stretch, relax, and de-stress after a long day of sitting at your desk all day. It’s a great exercise if you want to practice your flexibility and develop inner awareness at the same time.
