PSA: We may have found the fountain of youth

You don’t have to be an avid K-Drama viewer to know that Koreans have the most impressive skin complexions. For one, they have revolutionized skincare as we know it - most notably through the 10-step glass skin routine that made waves several years back.
But of course, if you are glued to your screens watching every K-Drama on Netflix, you would have most likely noticed their glassy, flawless complexions. If you want in on what gives these actors their healthy, youthful skin - keep on reading!

Early on in Crash Landing On You, Captain Ri brings in a box of beauty products for Se-Ri - including the Ma:nyo Factory Bifida Complex Ampoule. The 38-year-old actress has been Ma:nyo Factory’s ambassador for only a little over a year, but to sustain a complexion like that, we’re sold on whatever she’s using!

    2. Hyun Bin

Hyun Bin has been a Mediheal ambassador for several years, and it has definitely paid off because have you seen his skin?! He has made mention of his multi-masking routine, and has publicly recommended Mediheal’s N.M.F. Aquaring Ampoule Mask EX. In Crash Landing on You, he also promotes the Whitening Bubble Tox Serum Mask - which Se-Ri gets the rest of his comrades to try, so you should too.

    3. Jung Hae In

Can you believe that this is the face of a 32-year-old? The Tune in For Love actor has been the face of Dewytree for some time now, and has publicly recommended the brand’s Hi Amino All Cleanser. But apart from using this facial cleanser, he has mentioned that he also has to thank sleep, lots of water, and face masks for his clear complexion. That said, you might want to pick up a Dewytree Deep Mask while you’re at it!
We’re pretty sure Jung Hae In has better skin than any of us, so we’re definitely taking note of his recommendations.

    4. Kim Go Eun

The Goblin actress frequently posts makeup-free selfies on Instagram that has made many fans curious, us included, as to how she gets such flawless skin. While we wait for Kim Go Eun to reveal her step-by-step beauty routine, you might want to try out KAHI’s Collagen Moisturizing Mist - a product the actress endorses.
She was also seen using the KAHI Multi-Purpose Balm on The King: Eternal Monarch - perfect for the low-maintenance gals out there!

    5. Lee Min Ho

Lee Min Ho has been in the music and film industry for nearly two decades now - and probably thanks to his amazing skincare routine - he looks as if he has not aged a single day.
In regards to his skincare routine, The King: Eternal Monarch actor has mentioned that he religiously deep cleanses and uses a foam cleanser. He is also currently the endorser of CELLRETURN’s LED Mask, so if you can shell out the cash for this device, you might possibly be rewarded Lee Min Ho’s clear complexion, though we’re sure there are cheaper alternatives out there.

    6. Lee Sung Kyung

The model-turned-actress has been a long-time ambassador for one of Korea’s top beauty brands, Laniege. We don’t know about you, but her commitment to the brand is enough to get us shopping for any Laneige products she uses.
For one, we see Lee Sung Kyung’s character slap on the Laneige Layering Lip Bar several times throughout Doctor Romantic 2, which gives off that blurred out stain effect on the lips.
Stay updated with Laniege Philippines through their Facebook

    7. Park Seo Joon

If you have seen any, or all, of Park Seo Joon’s K-Dramas, you can attest to how flawless his skin is. The current King of K-Dramas has held multiple skincare endorsements throughout his acting career, most notably with Laniege a few years back. However more recently, Park Seo Joon has been endorsing Korean skincare brand TIRTIR. His top pick product? Apparently TIRTIR’s Milk Skin - which also just happens to be one of Allure’s top beauty picks of September 2019.

    8. Song Hye Kyo

In case you didn’t know, Song Hye Kyo was an ambassador for Laneige for 10 years - popularizing some of the brand’s most notable products such as the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and the Water Sleeping Mask. While we’re sure these products have contributed to the actor’s youthful complexion, she has since moved on to endorse Sulwhasoo
According to an interview, if there was one item she would recommend, it would be the First Care Activating Serum EX, however, she tends to use the First Care Activating Mask frequently as well.
If you find yourself in Seoul soon, be sure to visit the Sulwhasoo Spa in Gangnam for a Regular Spa Treatment or a Balanced Spa Treatment.
You can buy the Laniege Lip Sleeping Mask and Water Sleeping Mask on ph.althea.kr

    9. Park Bo Gum

No bias, Park Bo Gum is flawless. No matter what scene, advertisement or appearance, Bogummy never fails to make us jealous with his smooth, clear and dewy skin.
While we aren’t sure of his step-by-step skincare routine, we do know that he was once the ambassador for Korean skincare brand VProve, promoting the brand’s Rhodiola Power Cream. Though he may no longer be the face of the brand, we’re pretty sure this product has had a hand in perfecting that man’s complexion.

    10. Han So Hee

We weren’t exactly Han So Hee’s biggest fans in The World of Married, but we are big fans of her IRL, so you know we’ll be keeping tabs on her skincare and beauty routine. So far, we know her character’s lipstick of choice was SIERO’s Jealousy Archive Lip Plumper (very fitting name), a hot pink color lip stain that screams ‘I’m on my way to steal your man’.
But if we’re talking skincare, the World of Married star recently became IOPE’s newest ambassador, so you can guarantee we’ll be copping The Vitamin C23 serum she’s been reportedly wearing.

    11. Gong Yoo

Has Gong Yoo found the fountain of youth? With a complexion like that at 40 years old, we wouldn’t be shocked.
The Goblin actor was recently named La Mer’s newest ambassador, noting the La Mer Treatment Lotion, Eye Concentrate and Creme de La Mer as his top picks. These products have a pretty steep price tag, but if your goal is to have Gong Yoo’s complexion at 40 years old, it might be worth the price.
You can purchase La Mer at Rustan's The Beauty Source online and in-stores.

    12. IU

IU seems to always be camera-ready, and it might be thanks to the CNP Laboratory Propolis Cushion Foundation and the Propolis Energy Ampule featured in her series, Hotel Del Luna
The singer-actress has been an endorser for the brand for several years, so we’re sure that the products would work wonders on anyone, too!
