    Starbucks stores to add to your travel itinerary!

    As we've all been stuck in quarantine, the second best thing to Starbucks would be making DIY Starbucks drinks at home - but nothing's quite like the real thing. Fortunately, they've restarted pick-ups and online deliveries around Metro Manila, but it'll most likely be a while until we get to sit in a nearby Starbucks branch to enjoy our go-to cup of coffee.
    While we wait for updates, let's travel virtually through the prettiest Starbucks locations around the world. From a Starbucks Train (that actually goes through the Swiss Alps) to a Starbucks branch that'll take you back to 16th century France - check them out below:

    A coffee shop located in a 100-year-old traditional Japanese house, how does that sound?
    This Starbucks store nestled in the heart of a quaint district in Kyoto has two stories and boasts 51 seats. Guests can comfortably take off their shoes and enjoy their coffee sat on tatami cushions!

    Guests will also be spoilt for choice with over 100 different types of Starbucks drinks to choose from - not to mention the hand-crafted ice-cream, cocktails infused with coffee, and freshly baked treats they've exclusively added to this branch menu.

    This store was designed by Japan-based architect Kengo Kuma and was built using a total of 29 shipping containers! Seating space is spread over two floors and the exterior offers an extremely stylish aesthetic that's perfect for that insta-worthy shot.

    You might think the photos above were taken against the backdrop of Rome, but it's actually the exterior of a Starbucks store located in the heart of Bangkok! The Roman-inspired architecture of this particular outlet has made it a hotspot for locals and tourists wishing to capture a perfect shot.

    Ever wondered how Marie Antoinette enjoyed her coffee? Probably with a side of cake and in a place that looks like this! Starbucks Capucines is housed in a 17th century building (built around the time of the French Renaissance period) that's been preserved to produce this stunning romantic interior. It's situated close by to Paris' Opéra Garnier, so be sure to stop by after your tour!

    Korea is known for its many instagram-worthy cafes, so we honestly didn't expect anything less from their local Starbucks.
    Known as the most beautiful Starbucks in Korea, Starbucks Famille Park's boasts a modern glass dome exterior that encloses a wooden-panelled interior that we can only describe as an urban coffee forest. Our favourite part of the store is definitely the centrepiece decor with flying birds as pictured above!

    The Starbucks Reserve in Bali is the largest in Southeast Asia! Designed as a coffee sanctuary, Starbucks Reserve Dewata is a spacious location that spans across 20,000 square feet and includes a coffee seedling nursery.
    Visitors can enjoy more than 100 handcrafted beverages that are exclusive to the reserve such as the Lavender Latte, House Affogato, and Origin Flight!
    P.S. Don't forget to also shop for some Dewata-exclusive merchandise such as uniquely-designed mugs and tumblers you can't find elsewhere!

    10. Starbucks Pike Place Market, Seattle, United States

    Though a lot humbler than the other stores on our list, this one deserves a very special mention. The Starbucks store located at Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle is lovingly known as the Original Starbucks - it's the first Starbucks store in the world, established in 1971.
    The store has kept most of its early appearance, including the original Starbucks logo that has changed a lot over the years (fun fact: the Starbucks mermaid started out being brown and is now green!).
