He kept me posted with his location and was patient while my family went through lines at immigration/customs upon arrival. He was helpful with luggages and friendly throughout the ride until our destination. highly recommend!

Our driver was very reliable. It was my first time using the service, so I didn't fully understand everything and was picked up based only on the initial reservation information, without having read the pre-meeting notification. Despite this, the driver was very kind and accommodating. I apologize for not noticing the notification about adding them on LINE. I am very grateful for the safe and secure ride. Catching the tail end of summer vacation, I took my daughter to Osaka. It was our first time in Japan, and I don't speak Japanese, so I booked a Chinese-speaking driver through Klook for airport pickup at Kansai International Airport! The driver had already arranged a meeting point with us and took us directly to the Universal Studios Japan Park Front Hotel! We landed at 7:55 AM, and by 8:10 AM, he had already informed us he was waiting! What a relief. The Alphard van was spacious, and the journey to the park took about an hour. Our room was huge (a triple room) with a view of the Citywalk street, and the bathroom was also very large. The location was incredibly convenient. We entered the park through the back gate and exited through the front gate for shopping! There's a coffee shop and convenience store downstairs, and the JR station is just a 3-minute walk away. My family was very satisfied with this 5-day, 4-night trip to Osaka. We spent two days at the theme park and two days exploring the city center in Shinsaibashi. On the fourth day, we confirmed our departure time, and ultimately, we booked airport transfer through Klook again. We arrived at Kansai Airport Terminal 1 in less than an hour! The driver was polite and provided excellent service, and he spoke Mandarin (even though I only speak a little, it's better than Japanese). The five-day vacation flew by like the wind, and all three of our suitcases were packed full. It was a super happy summer vacation.
