I used this service for the transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel. I booked it right after my travel plans were confirmed, but just before departure, I found a cheaper coupon and re-booked. Even so, the refund was processed smoothly, and before departure, I received the vehicle model and license plate number, which gave me peace of mind. The deciding factor for booking was that even in the unlikely event of a delayed flight, they would wait for 120 minutes after the plane landed at the airport. We arrived on time, I quickly spotted my name at the meeting point, and although there was a slight wait for the representative, an attendant led us from the meeting point to the car so we were able to meet the driver without getting lost. The driver was very polite and kind, and drove safely to the hotel. The hotel entrance was small, and since the car was larger than expected, we had to be dropped off right in front of the hotel, but the attendant used a translation app to explain this to us beforehand, so it was not a problem. I use this service every time, but this time it was even better than usual.
