Airport transfers

Booked fairly last minute - 2 days notice. Driver Kris messaged via Whatsapp a day prior to pickup to introduce themselves. Arrived at pickup area 30 min early, and messaged to let us know he was in the area and to let him know when we were ready. During the pickup - there was a miscommunication (entirely on my part) about luggage count - and Kris did their absolute best to fit it all into the van (and it was DUMPING rain). In the end, 1 of our party had to bow out and take their own way to the airport, which was a policy fully spelled out in the service description in Klook, so we were always prepared for that possiblity. Van was large and exceedingly comfortable, during the 1 hour ride to Incheon. Would absolutely use them again in the future.

Everything was great. We were met on time with a sign. We were escorted to the car. The ride was very good and comfortable. It's a good team, the staff are excellent, and the driver is superb. I recommend them to everyone. Also, as soon as we landed, we received a message on WhatsApp from the driver saying he was waiting for us, along with a photo of where he was waiting. A very good transfer. Thank you!

The driver arrived on time. The car is new and clean. Will definitely book TTD for airport pick up/drop off again on my next visit.

Knowing there might be a wait at immigration, I chose to set my own pickup time when booking. I scheduled the pickup for about an hour after my flight's arrival, and with the driver's 60-minute waiting period, I figured I'd have plenty of time to clear customs without rushing. However, I booked just 5 minutes before takeoff, and after landing, I realized the pickup time had defaulted to my flight's arrival time. I'm certain I selected a specific time, but after doing so, I'm not sure why I still had to fill in the flight arrival information (which I did). I suspect there might be a system issue. After entering the Philippines, I checked my pickup details and found that the system had determined my chosen time was based on the flight's arrival at the destination. Immigration took a long time; my flight arrived at 11:05 AM, but I didn't clear customs until 12:10 PM, which was a bit over the scheduled time. The long wait made me very anxious! I was worried about extra charges for overtime or the driver leaving, and I couldn't reach the driver, which added to my stress! I'm very dissatisfied with the Klook booking system and hope this issue can be addressed and improved! Aside from that, there were a few things I found excellent. First, I immediately contacted online customer service. I didn't have to wait long before a representative was available to chat, but before the issue could be resolved, it was my turn at immigration. The customs officer told me not to use my phone, and thankfully, I wasn't given any trouble entering the country. After rushing through customs, I was relieved to see a Klook representative holding a sign, waiting for me. She led me to where the driver would soon arrive. Although I was late, I wasn't asked to pay any extra fees. I asked the driver if he could take me to a currency exchange, and he kindly agreed and patiently waited for me to exchange money, so I tipped him in return! The driver was truly wonderful, and I'm very grateful to him. The Klook representative who met me was also very kind, friendly, and proactive in her service. Many thanks to both of them! ❤️

The transfer driver was very enthusiastic, and I enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you for the pickup service, which allowed me to arrive safely and smoothly at the hotel.
