Traditional Chinese Calligraphy
Guest will be introduced with the difference between Traditional Chinese Calligraphy writing and contemporary Chinese Calligraphy writing. Instructors will conduct demonstration of bush control techniques as well as Traditional writing techniques for guest to have a first hand experience of the tempo in Traditional writing. Guest will be able to produce at least 1 piece of artwork. All chinese calligraphy materials will be provided throughout the session.
What to expect
Firstly, guest will be introduced with the difference between Traditional Chinese Calligraphy writing and contemporary Chinese Calligraphy writing. Instructors will also cover the basics of the brush control techniques as well as the Traditional writing techniques. Practice papers will be provided for the guest to try out the techniques taught. Demonstrations by the teacher at the personal level will also help guest in better experiencing the tempo of writing. Finally, guest be provided with the actual production paper. Added production papers will also be provided for guest to have multiple tries for the best attempt of artwork creation.
