  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • Internet speed will be affected by the strength of the signal in the area
  • The SIM card only provides Internet service and does not provide calls, text messages or value-added services
  • Telecom operators will strictly control the quality of network traffic in response to the epidemic. The system will lock and restrict devices with sudden traffic surges in a short period of time. This situation will be restored within a few hours at the latest on the same day
  • Please note: After inserting the card, the mobile phone will automatically search for the best signal carrier, unless it is judged by the technical customer service personnel; please do not change the carrier arbitrarily, so as not to cause the card to be unusable
  • If you have used other network cards that need to download and install description files, you must first delete the original description files before using this card (description file check method: Settings -> General, pull to the bottom, if there is no description file, everything is normal ), so as not to cause the situation that the card cannot be activated
  • Tablet models that are not applicable: translators, sharers, card lock machines, telecom operators’ own brand mobile phones, modified mobile phones are not recommended, and mobile phones purchased in the United States and Japan are not recommended.   • If it is a dual-card mobile phone, please be sure to put the card in "card slot 1" and clear "card slot 2" to prevent the card from being unable to be activated smoothly
  • Please fill in the correct receiving information and ensure that someone can receive the package. If the package is returned by the home delivery staff, you need to pay the freight and resend it
