- The physical card is valid permanently, but the amount on the card is valid for 366 days. If there are no transaction activities (recharge or card usage) within 366 days, the amount on the card will expire. If there is card usage or a secondary recharge (above RMB 1) within 366 days, the validity of the amount will be extended for 366 days.
- Minor imperfections on physical cards, such as slight mottling, black spots, pinholes, unevenness, scratches, or subtle color variations, are unavoidable. Refund requests based on these reasons will not be accepted.
- The transportation card has been pre-recharged. If you wish to recharge it later, you can go to the manual window or self-service machine at a city bus or subway station where the transportation is accepted; if you need to recharge from a different location, you can refer to the online recharge methods guided within the package.
