Reminder

• One person, one ticket, admission by ticket, please prepare the ticket (Klook voucher) and your ID card, and enter the venue after exchanging the physical ticket at the ticket office. You must abide by the epidemic prevention regulations when entering the venue. *Children under the age of 6 or under 115 cm in height (mainly based on certificates), and those with disability handbooks and necessary companions, please present the original relevant certificates to enter the venue free of charge.
• Children under the age of 12 (inclusive) need to be accompanied by an adult to purchase a ticket.

Ticket Information

• This activity is one ticket for one person. After redeeming the physical ticket at the ticket office, the ticket will be written off at the entrance of the exhibition hall to enter the venue. If the unpurchased ticket is found, the original ticket price will be used to make up the ticket.
• The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets purchased through unofficial ticket purchase channels.
• The organizer has the right to prohibit any counterfeit ticket holders from entering the venue.
• Do not buy tickets from unknown sources. If you find counterfeit tickets sold, you will be sent to the police for legal action if found.

Notice for visitors

• Do not run, do not make noise, do not smoke, do not use flashing lights, do not (carry) food, do not bring pets, do not touch works, please follow the announcements at the entrance of each exhibition hall.
• Arbitrary destruction of environmental facilities and equipment is prohibited in this exhibition, and violators will demand compensation according to the price.
• In case of serious violations of the sponsor’s on-site safety regulations or affecting public safety, the sponsor has the right to refer the event to the police for handling, and shall not demand a refund of the ticket price.

• In response to the novel coronavirus epidemic, if the government agency notifies you that it is recommended to postpone or suspend the event, the organizer has the right to terminate or postpone the event.
• Before buying tickets, please understand and agree to the above specifications. If you do not agree, please do not buy to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages; when purchasing and refunding tickets, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to abide by all the above matters .
