What to expect
This is an opportunity to personally make sushi by hand. Learn how to make sushi from a skilled sushi chef. Food can be prepared individually according to various requests such as not being able to eat raw fish, allergies, vegetarians, etc. (Prior declaration is required.) The amount of sushi made will be enough to satisfy one adult's appetite. It includes two types of rolled sushi, three pieces of nigiri sushi, and two pieces of gunkan maki
