Terms and Conditions

• Those who enter the venue must be 18 years old or above, and ticket buyers must also be 18 years old or above.
• In case of any suspected person under the age of 18, the organiser will require the person to present his/her ID card or other documents for verification.
• If the person is unable or unwilling to present his identity card or other documents to the organiser for verification, the organiser will not allow the person to enter the venue.
• Persons under the age of 18 who hold this ticket are not allowed to enter the venue and cannot be used as a reason for refund.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the redemption method or drink category at any time without notice
• In case of crowd control in the venue, those who hold the happy ticket will have priority to enter the venue.
• The organiser reserves the right to cancel or shorten the event time for the following reasons: a) bad weather b) Protest demonstrations c) Force majeure, that is , events beyond the control of the organiser and circumstances that make it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the Festival. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, aggression, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, commotion, strikes, sabotage, lockouts or commotion, outbreaks of disease, and acts and threats of terrorism. • If the above situations occure, the organizer will not refund the fee • The organiser reserves has the right to modify and interpret the above rules. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to the Festival will be announced on the official website.
• In case of any dispute, the organiser reserves the right of final decision.
