Congress Plus offers an unrivalled buffet dining experience for families and sophisticated gourmets. We features an extensive variety of international cuisines that are creatively designed using a selection of premium ingredients presented at “live cooking” stations by award winning chefs.
The restaurant seats about 300 persons with harbour view private rooms overlooking the lights of Victoria Harbour from expansive windows. The contemporary cityscape decor utilises ”green“ materials, such as re-used wine bottle screens for decorations and bamboo flooring.
Lunch buffet and dinner buffet are available. Tailor made private dining is also welcome.

Congress Plus offers a Harbour View Semi-buffet Lunch available from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Guests will enjoy Buffet Salad Bar or One Main Dish, along with unlimited Chinese and Western soups, assorted of bread, dessert buffet, juices, coffee, and tea.

Congress Plus Harbour View Festive Lunch Buffet The bells are ringing! Indulge in a scrumptious lunch buffet with your beloved ones at Congress Plus this festive season. From 13 to 31 December 2025, Congress Plus decadent festive lunch buffet features a variety of Roasted Beef Wellington, Teppanyaki King Prawn with Chilli-Yuzu Sauce and features a variety of chilled seafood served on rotation, along with fancy Christmas Desserts!
Harbour View Brunch Buffet
Congress Plus presents the brand new Harbour View Brunch Buffet starting from 4 October 2025. Inviting all brunch enthusiasts to bask in vast collection of premium seafood, including Lobsters, Prawns, Mussels and Sea Whelks. Other must-tries such as Healthy Salad Bar, Roasted Beef Wellington, Lobster Burger Eggs Benedict and Homemade Roasted Suckling Pig, all are designed to whet your appetite. Classic brunch essentials like live egg counter and exquisite pastries as well as Green Tea Takachi Red Bean Roll and Baked Berry Crumble Tart also await.
A kids’ corner with kid-friendly food is specially added for the little ones, and what's more, kids aged 6 or below can enjoy the buffet for free!
Dinner Buffet | Seafood & Free-flow Drinks
Available from 5 Nov to 12 Dec 2025, Congress Plus presents Feast by the Sea Dinner Buffet. Sink your teeth into a premium selection of chilled seafood like freshly-shucked Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Canadian Boston Lobsters, Poached Mussels, Sea Whelk, Brown Crab and Poached Prawns as well as other Chef’s specialties like the Slow Roaster Beef Short RIB with Sichuan Peppercorn and Chu Hou Paste, Teppanyaki Ocean King Prawn and Roast Lamb Rack with Herb and Mustard.
Congress Plus Harbour View Festive Dinner Buffet Congress Plus lights up this holiday season by transforming into a Christmas Town, with Festive Buffet from 13 to 31 December 2025. This festive dinner buffet showcases wide selection of chilled seafood like Freshly Shucked Oysters, Canadian Boston Lobsters and Snow Crab Legs as well as a collection of festively exclusive delicacies including Christmas Turkey, Maple-bourbon Glazed Bone Ham, Lobster Tail Teppanyaki, Duck Mousse with Foie Gras Terrine and Raclette Cheese, which are all served on a rotation basis.
