If you are more than 1 hour late without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a forfeit and no refund will be issued. The latest daily experience time is 3:00 PM. Customers who book for 3:00 PM should be aware that the kimono dressing staff will be off duty if you do not arrive on time. Please reserve this time slot carefully to avoid affecting your experience.
Please return the kimono to the store by 6:00 PM on the same day. If you wish to return the kimono the next day, please contact the store staff in advance.
Regarding changes to the package after arriving at the store on the day: You can upgrade your package by paying the price difference. If you wish to change to a lower-priced package, we will provide you with a kimono at or below the price of your original booked package, but please understand that we cannot refund the price difference. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. No refunds will be given after you have arrived at the store and received the rental service.
In the event of damage to the kimono during the rental process, the store will charge a corresponding fee for the damage to the kimono.
