Medium Bus 18-seater (including infants and young children) (Can carry 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passenger numbers. Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type so that you can carry all your luggage. - Child seats are not mandatory. Please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 person space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional charge of 2000 JPY/piece/day. For more than two child safety seats, please confirm with customer service.
- The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or homestays in Fukuoka city area (Off-site pick-up and drop-off, reserve empty driving time for the driver according to the actual situation, or additional fees may be required). If the departure or end location is not in Fukuoka, the service time is 8 hours. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions.
- Empty car fee: There may be a price difference if departing or ending in a different location. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- Overtime fees/extra kilometer fees will be charged if the actual car use exceeds the service time or itinerary distance.
- If the total itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY 300/per kilometer will be charged.
- For consecutive orders, if you stay in a city outside Fukuoka, you will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee separately: 8000 JPY.
- Overtime rentals caused by traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate the supplier to contact you
