All-day dining venue The Astor combines the nostalgia of Hong Kong’s cha chaan teng culture with the novelty and convenience of an Asian hawker center. Offering a vast selection of vegetable-first options, seven live cooking stations prepare a delicious celebration of international cuisine, from lobster to oysters, crab to Japanese sashimi, curries to Western grilled meats, modern vegetarian to Chinese classics and more, all served with a smile in a nostalgic retro setting

THE ASTOR CHRISTMAS MARKET BUFFET (From Dec 1 to Dec 31)

This holiday season comes alive with the timeless charm of our culinary Christmas Market at The Astor, where we will be transformed into a festive village, adorned with a magnificent Christmas tree, the warm glow of twinkling lights, rustic food stalls, amongst a fantastical winter scene. With the comforting aroma of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine in the air, guests can feast on a line-up of Christmas favorites in a cozy, magical atmosphere straight out of a storybook!

Wander from stall to stall and find a spectacular selection, all served in rotation, including Traditional Roast Turkey from the carver, Bone-in Honey-Glazed Baked Ham, and classic Beef Wellington with all the Christmas trimmings like chestnuts and Brussels sprouts. Discover dedicated stalls for sizzling Raclette Cheese, fragrant Roasted Chestnuts, cold lobster, choose-your-own pasta station, a paella pan brimming with Giant Seafood Paella, and The Astor’s famed seafood counter. During dinner service, each guest will also receive a complimentary Miso Lobster Tail!

Our whimsical Dessert Hut is a winter wonderland of its own, featuring Snowmen Bombshell Cakes, the classic Christmas Log Cake (Bûche de Noël), a towering Cream Puff Pyramid, and a heart-warming Chocolate Fondue. Also enjoy seasonal specialties like Spanish Churros and Ramen Ice Cream for a truly memorable end to your feast.

To complete the experience, a Santa’s Game Booth will be set up during lunch and dinner. Each guest will receive a game ticket to try their luck at our festive stalls for a chance to win a special gift, adding an extra layer of joy to everyone’s favorite time of the year!

Vibrant Korean street party (From 2026 Jan 12 - Mar 31)

This January, The Astor transforms into a vibrant Korean street party, inspired by the neon-lit food stalls and viral flavors of Seoul! Immerse yourself in an energetic atmosphere filled with the sizzle of street food and the bold, comforting aromas of Korea's most popular dishes, bringing the heart of K-culture to Hong Kong.

Feast on a spectacular lineup of Korean classics, all served in rotation. Each dinner guest receives an individual serving of Honey Butter Lobster, available in rich Cheesy or spicy Chili variations. Don't miss the show-stopping Fried Chicken Shop, featuring double-fried KFC Korean Fried Chicken, a sweeter Dakgangjeong, and striking Pink Black Chicken with three bold sauces. The Korean Beef Live Station serves freshly grilled marinated cuts, while hearty signatures like Korean Braised Pork Knuckle and Bulgogi Beef offer authentic depth.

Explore playful street snacks such as the spiraled Potato Tornado and Korean Corn Dog, alongside comforting classics like Army Stew (Budae-jjigae) and Korean Cold Noodle Station with Bibim Naengmyeon and Mul Naengmyeon. The buffet also features a generous chilled seafood selection and a dedicated Japanese station with sushi, sashimi, and Kimbap.

Our whimsical dessert spread is a K-inspired wonderland, featuring Red Bean Mochi (Chapssaltteok), Chuseok Rice Cakes (Songpyeon), and warm Egg Bread (Gyeran-ppang). The live dessert station offers mini Taiyaki and towering Korean Shaved Ice, while weekend dinners feature a special Korean Melon with Vanilla Parfait and Whiskey for a festive finale!
