Important Notes

• Meeting Time: Please be on time as the bus will depart on schedule. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to facility closures, limited visiting hours, traffic congestion, or bad weather.
• In case of cancellation: If the itinerary is canceled due to natural disasters or abnormal weather conditions, please contact us to check the departure status.
• Visiting Time: The duration of stay at each scenic spot will be adjusted according to traffic conditions and the number of participants on the day.
• Late Arrival/Cancellation: If you are unable to participate due to traffic delays, you will be automatically treated as a cancellation and no refund will be given. The same applies if you abandon the itinerary midway for your own convenience.
• Delay in Arrival Time: During the spring break, consecutive holidays, and the Spring Festival period, arrival may be delayed due to road congestion. Please note that if arrival is delayed for unavoidable reasons and you require a taxi or accommodation, you will be responsible for the costs.
• In-Vehicle Rules: Smoking is prohibited on the bus, there are no toilets, and seats cannot be reserved.
• Special Meal Requests: If you require a special meal such as vegetarian, please contact us at least 2 days before departure.

Confirmation Items Before Purchase/Reservation

• Dinner on the second day is not included in the itinerary. We plan to stop at a service area on the way back, where you can purchase food. We recommend that you bring snacks in advance if necessary.
• Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Climbing Rules: Please do not pick flowers or plants. Please take your trash home with you.
• About Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Climbing: The departure time on the second day depends on the cable car timetable of Tateyama Kurobe Co., Ltd., and will depend on the arrangement of staff on the day. Please note that it may be earlier or later than planned depending on the situation.
• Toilet: There are no toilets along the way, so please use the toilet at the station or hotel before departure.
• Preparations: We recommend that you bring water, an umbrella, sunscreen, sunglasses, and warm clothing. Even in May, the temperature may drop below 10 degrees Celsius, and there is a possibility of snowfall or bad weather.
• Accommodation and Schedule: If the departure the next morning is earlier due to the climbing time, breakfast will not be provided. In that case, we will refund 1,000 yen per person. If the departure on the second day is delayed, arrival in Osaka may be after 11 p.m.
• Guide: This itinerary does not include a guide, but a Chinese-speaking staff member will accompany you.
• Snow Walls: The snow walls of Murodo melt around June, so viewing is only possible until then. Also, the Snow Wall of Otani may be closed due to weather conditions.
• Traffic Jam: During Golden Week, arrival in Osaka may be significantly delayed due to traffic congestion.
• Eating and loud conversations are prohibited in the car.
• If a facility becomes unavailable due to force majeure after the itinerary starts on the day, we will refund a portion of the fee. However, please note that the entrance fees to facilities included in the itinerary costs differ from the published prices of the facilities, so refunds based on the published prices are not possible.
