Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- A copy of vehicle registration and key will be given upon delivery and pick up of motorcycle
- Present your driver’s license upon delivery/pick up
- The operator will keep your ID/passport as a deposit, they will return your ID/passport if everything is in order
- In case you damaged or lost the scooter, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement
- Delivery fee is PHP 60 per way. Delivery is for accommodations located in Central General Luna, Tourism Road, Malinao and Catangnan only
- Delivery service is only available from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Customer need to pay a P1000-P2000 security deposit to be returned with the vehicle.
Additional information
- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Pick up and drop off point must be coordinated upon confirmation of booking or atleast 24 hours prior to delivery. Any changes in location must be informed 2hrs prior to pick up and/or delivery time
- Delivery fee is 60 pesos per way
- Motorcycle must not be left anywhere else other than the agreed location
