  • How to activate (for Android phone):
  • Step 1: Launch the Settings app and tap Connections
  • Step 2: Tap SIM card manager
  • Step 3: Tap Add mobile plan
  • Step 4: Choose Add mobile plan > Scan carrier QR code
  • Step 5: Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code
  • Step 6: Confirm to add eSIM plan to your phone
  • Step 7: To switch between cellular plans, from the SIM card manager screen, select Primary SIM under Preferred SIM card to view the list of SIMs
  • Step 8: Select the desired SIM, then select Change to change the primary SIM or Cancel to cancel the change

  • How to activate (for iOS phone):
  • Step 1: From the home screen, select Settings
  • Step 2: Select Cellular, then select Add eSIM
  • Step 3: Select Use QR Code
  • Step 4: Use your iPhone's camera to scan the QR code. Select Enter Details Manually at the bottom of the screen to manually enter your plan information
  • Step 5: Select Continue
  • Step 6: Label the Cellular Plans as desired, then select Continue
  • Step 7: Select your Default Line, then select Continue
  • Step 8: Select the desired line to use for iMessage, Facetime and Apple ID, then select Continue
  • Step 9: Select the desired line to use for Cellular Data, then select Done

  • Ensure your travel plans are confirmed. No refunds or cancellations are given due to eSIM compatibility issues or changes in the itinerary

Apple watches, iPhone XR, XS, and 11,12, and 13 models were purchased or marketed for Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. iPhone with 2 physical SIM card slots. Samsung S20, S21, and certain series models originated from the USA and Hong Kong. Certain Samsung devices from Canada. Pixel devices purchased in Australia & devices on Android Q Beta versions. Please get in touch with your local carrier/local device brand store to ensure your devices are eSIM capable

  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
