Activation procedure

  • After the staff redeems your Klook voucher, they will help you activate your SIM card on your mobile device
  • Please note: You agree to provide a copy of your passport and a photo of IMEI number (Dial *#06# on your phone to get the IMEI number) for the activation process after you booked this sim card at Klook
  • Please provide the data by contacting the Operator through email/phone: +62 85811893220 or support@javamifi.com. Not providing data in advance (required by Indonesia Government), may cause an activation delay of 3-4 hours
  • Important Telkomsel's policy : Your SIM card will be automatically blocked if not used within 2 days
