According to Japanese regulations, tour buses can only be used for a maximum of 10 hours per day. If the day's itinerary exceeds this time, the tour guide has the right to shorten part of the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding.

• [About purchasing front row seats] Front row seats are the first three rows of the bus and will be arranged by the tour guide on the day of the tour. Please be aware of this.
• We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point in advance before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. If you are unable to board due to lateness, the operator will not be responsible, and we appreciate your understanding.
• This activity is a group tour, and travelers from different language regions may participate together. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• This tour mainly provides Chinese commentary, with English and Korean staff available. If needed, please indicate this when placing your order in the remarks. (Please note that it is not always possible to provide the requested language service, and the final arrangement will depend on the arrangements for the day and will be determined by our company.)
• Each traveler can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. If you have luggage needs, please be sure to indicate this in the "Special Needs" field when booking. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage without notice, it may cause congestion in the vehicle and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you boarding without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
• It is not allowed to leave the group or leave the tour on your own during the tour. If travelers choose to leave the group midway, it will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the itinerary, and the uncompleted portion will not be refunded. If any accidents occur after leaving the group, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the travelers themselves.
• The transportation arrangements, visit and stay times involved in the itinerary will be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the day (such as traffic jams, weather, etc.). The tour guide may adjust the order of the tour depending on the circumstances and with the consent of the travelers, without reducing the number of attractions. Thank you for your cooperation.
• The tour guide will not contact travelers in advance. Please go to the meeting point on the day of the tour and look for tour guides or staff wearing "EASY GO" vests or holding "EASY GO" flags to check in, and please cooperate with the unified arrangements of the tour guide.
• If you have booked a hotel pick-up and drop-off package, please wait for the pick-up vehicle outside the hotel lobby at the specified time. Please refer to the confirmation email you received for the pick-up time.
• We will send the tour guide information via email after 18:00 the day before departure. Please pay attention to check your email.
