Travel Requirements

  • For passengers departing from PITX please proceed to ticketing booth 6 (G/F) and exchange your booking voucher at the Solid North counter for your boarding pass.
  • Present a a valid school ID to avail of a student discount at the terminal when booking the student option.

Rebooking Policy

  • Rebooking fees is equal to 10% of ticket price plus P100 processing fee per way. Our team will contact you regarding the exact amount and payment details within 24 hours of your request.
  • Rebooking is allowed 48 hours prior your travel date and subject to additional fees. You may submit your request for rebooking your ticket to our email support@biyaheroes.com or mobile number/Viber (+63 917 535 1501).

Pet Policy

  • If bringing pets, the animals must be put inside carriers/cages and placed at the designated animal compartment of the PUV, should there be other passengers inside the PUV. If there are no other passengers, pets may be allowed to be carried by the owner so long as said animals are free from foul odor and that he/she maintains cleanliness and sanitation taking into consideration the next riding passenger.
  • The pet owner shall be responsible for the damage that the pet may cause, including the cleaning and sanitation of the PUV, as may be necessary,and safety, convenience and comfort of the passengers shall not in any way be sacrifice.

  • Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the PITX/Cubao/Baguio bus terminal
