How to Select the Right Zone in Package Options
- Please check your drop-off or pick-up address in Seoul and ensure you select the package option based on the 'gu' of your address.
- For instance, if you are heading to Myeong-dong Station from Airport, the address is ‘126, Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul’, and you need to select the Zone C package, which includes ‘Jung-gu’. Please refer to the image below for more information;

- Accommodates up to 7 passengers with 7 pieces of 24" luggage
- Accommodates up to 5 passengers with 7 pieces of 28" luggage
- Accommodates up to 7 passengers with 5 pieces of 28" luggage
- Car Brand : Carnival, Staria, Starex or similar
[Deluxe Taxi]
- Accommodates up to 3 passengers with 4 pieces of 24" luggage
- Accommodates up to 3 passengers with 2 pieces of 28" luggage
- Car Brand : Genesis or similar
-The driver/operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued. -All surcharges for excess baggage are payable in cash upon arrival.
What items are included in the fees?
- This service includes one-way transfer from ICN airport to Seoul or from Seoul to ICN airport, toll fees, fuel costs, and insurance.
- Child seats and boosters are not included. If needed, please leave a comment in the 'Other Request' tab during the booking process. Availability is limited, so we may not be able to provide a car seat if none are available for your booking dates.
- WiFi access on board is not available.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
- The information of the driver and vehicle will be sent via email from International Taxi.
- Please make sure to check your email before the selected date and kindly check your spam folder as well.
What's the Terms and Conditions of this service?
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer support.
- Free Waiting Time: There is free waiting time of up to 1 hour from the customer's scheduled time.
- Cancellation: You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 1 day before the selected date.
