- Kindly expect to be picked up within 15-30 minutes to account for other passengers
For Shared Departures:
- The pick-up time will be sent by the operator via email or the contact number provided, 1 day before your pickup date
- Pickup time will be determined based on your flight details, with the operator allowing a 2 hour and 30 minute window prior to your estimated departure time
- Given that the travel time to the airport is approximately 30-40 minutes and this is a shared transfer, please allow for potential delays
- Should you request a later pickup time that the one provided, please be advised that we will not be held responsible for any delays that may result in missing your flight or approaching check-in deadlines
