  1. Shopper must redeem the products of corresponding merchants at their shops in ifc mall; and redeem ifc mall’s Sandwich Bag or Beeswax Wrap at “Cake & Bake” Pop-up Counter or Concierge during the redemption period with the e-vouchers on KLOOK (hereafter called “e-voucher”).
  2. Photos and any images on communications collaterals are for reference only.
  3. The Trial Passes are available on a first come, first served basis with payment completed on KLOOK, while stocks last. In the event of Trial Passes going out-of-stock, the Promotion ends. Relevant announcement will be made on KLOOK.
  4. The e-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, replaced or exchanged.
  5. The e-voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is expired. ifc mall and Participating Merchants will not reissued any e-voucher.
  6. Shopper is obligated to inspect the products and/or service upon redeeming the products. Participating Merchants are responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the products provided.
  7. ifc shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products.
  8. The Promotion is bound by the above terms and conditions. ifc reserves the right to cancel, revise or suspend all or any part(s) of the Promotion, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason; may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Participant(s) in the manner it deems appropriate in such cases.
  9. The decision of ifc and Participating Merchants on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the Promotion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
  10. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
  12. Purchase of "Sweet Treats Trial Pass" via KLOOK platform is not eligible for ifc Points registration.
