New Cinema SOP
- Only fully vaccinated staff and guests of age 18 and above are permitted into the cinema
- Guests from the same family and residence are allowed to sit in pairs. Please present your ID or related documents upon entry
- All F&B must be purchased online and to be collected at the Candy Bar upon arrival

TGV's Mobile App / website Redemption Guideline:
- Step 1: Launch TGV mobile app / website and log-in your account
- Step 2: Choose your preferred TGV cinema location
- Step 3: Choose a date, time and movie
- Step 4: Enter your Redemption Code (Receipt ID)
- Step 5: Press minus (-) the original ticket quantity and press increase (+) the voucher ticket quantity
- Step 6: Complete the transaction and present your QR Code upon entry to the cinema hall
TGV's Kiosk Redemption:
- Step 1: Choose a date, time & movie
- Step 2: Press “Voucher” button, scan the Barcode and check-out
- Step 3: Present Your Ticket before entry to the Cinema Hall
TGV's Counter Redemption:
- Step 1: After purchasing your promotional codes at Klook, go to your preferred TGV outlet and reach out to the counter staff for assistance
- Step 2: Kindly show your booking reference ID & promotional codes shown on the Klook voucher
- Step 3: Select the movie that you would like to watch, date and time to complete the redemption process
- Step 4: Get your movie tickets and enjoy your movie experience at TGV!
