Regardless of the conditions below, if an event is held at an irregular time at the customer’s request, the rules for private bookings will apply. Non-Private/Non-Group Bookings
100% charge if canceled within 7 days prior to the event date. Groups (10 or more people) Reductions of up to 10% of the group size without cancellation fees are allowed until 5 PM, 8 days prior to the event.
Regular Period 50% charge if canceled within 20 to 10 days prior to the event date. 100% charge if canceled within 10 days prior to the event date. Peak Season 50% charge if canceled within 30 to 20 days prior to the event date. 100% charge if canceled within 20 days prior to the event date.
