- If you would like to participate in the activity at other timeslots apart from the listed time slot, please contact Klook customer support with your desired time and date. Other sessions are available from 9:30 to 20:30 upon prior request
Notwithstanding the below, should an event be held at an irregular time at the request of the customer, the rules for private bookings will apply.
Non-Private/Non-Group Bookings
On the day of the event: 100% charge (Plans including meals will incur a 100% charge starting 7 days prior to the event). Groups (10 or more people) Adjustments until 5 PM the day before the event: Cancellations of up to 10% of the number of people are without charge.
Regular Period
From 10 days prior to the event date: 100% charge. Peak Season From 20 days prior to the event date: 100% charge. Private Bookings (40 or more people or charges equivalent to 40 people) From 30 days prior to the event date: 100% charge.
