The activation time slot on the day cannot be specified, and most activations occur before noon UK time. The first day of validity is calculated from that day. In the event of force majeure factors such as original manufacturer system maintenance or damage to local base stations, card activation may be delayed. If you need to change the activation date, please notify the supplier’s LINE customer service ID: @jasonstrip (including @) at least 3 days before the default activation date, or click link.
- Please do not insert the SIM card in advance. Make sure to insert the SIM card after arriving in the applicable country. We will not be able to provide a refund if the card is unusable due to early insertion.
- A PIN code is required for use. The PIN code is printed on the backing card. Please do not discard the backing card.
Cancellation policy
- Unclaimed SIM cards: You may contact customer service to cancel your order. A refund can be arranged after the supplier confirms that the SIM card has not been activated, inserted, or used, and that the packaging is complete.
- SIM card already collected: Please contact customer service to cancel within 7 days of receiving the SIM card. You are responsible for the shipping costs and must return the SIM card to the supplier’s designated location. A refund can be arranged after the supplier confirms that the SIM card has not been activated, inserted, or used, and that the packaging is complete.
