This was my second time using the service, and it was smooth. The driver also did a great job with safe driving. However, when leaving the airport, I was told, "There's a big traffic jam today, so it will take an hour," but in the end, it took an hour and a half to get to Asoke. (The driver tried hard and took back roads.) Also, I think a lot of people arrive on flights around 4:00 PM, but since it coincides with the traffic jam time, when going through immigration, don't just leisurely stand in line, but choose a line with fewer or no Islamic people, or if possible, a line with more Japanese people. Many Islamic people get held up in the screening process, and the people who lined up in that line never came out. In the meantime, I exchanged money at the currency exchange in the airport basement and came back, and I was reading manga on my Kindle until the driver was ready. That's how much of a difference it makes.
