  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

  • The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
  • The SIM card cannot be used for incoming or outgoing phone calls

  • SIM card is valid for 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, or 30 days from activation until 23:59 (Malaysia Time GMT+8)
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
  • Gdex is the default delivery partner for this SIM. The package will be posted on the same day if you book on 15:00 every Monday-Friday
