Booking guidelines
- To ensure the items needed are available for your trip, please make a reservation ahead of time
- You must sign the waiver form declaring that you are the one responsible for taking care of and maintaining the device or equipment
- Damage fees will apply if the items are found to be damaged when returned. The fees will need to be paid directly in cash to the operator. Handle all items with care to prevent any additional charges
- The minimum rental period for all items is 2 days
- You need to present a valid ID/passport to rent a device
- Kindly indicate your hotel name and address at the checkout page. Do note that this is where the operator will deliver your device
Additional information
- A surcharge of IDR50,000 will apply if the deliveries are in Airport, Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak areas, payable onsite
- A surcharge of IDR80,000 will apply if the deliveries are in Nusa Dua, Canggu, and Ubud areas, payable onsite
- If you use the device for more days than you originally booked, you will be charged for extra days at original daily retail price when you return it
- Free delivery services are available for Renon and Sanur areas. Outside of these service areas will incur an additional charge
- Surcharges will be will explained briefly upon delivering the items or via pre-trip messaging. Kindly handle the items with care to prevent additional charges
