Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • If the 1.2GB daily data limit (fair use policy) has been reached, the speed may be reduced/data will stop working. There is no coverage in any of the plans. So you will never be charged more than you have already paid for unless you require additional data/minutes to be included in your plan
  • Please note: You must book the device at least 5 days in advance and for a minimum period of 3 days
  • This offer can only be avail by non-India passport holders with an e-Visa
  • Due to government restrictions, there is no delivery services or WiFi network available in the states of Jammu and Kashmir
  • The data will reset on the next day once it's all used up. Please note that you can only exhaust up to 1.2GB data per day
  • For instructions and further information on how to top-up your device, please contact customer support via mobile or email as indicated in the confirmation voucher
  • Important: All India roaming costs are included in the base price. No additional charges will be levied for India-wide roaming
  • List Of Documents and Details: E-visa (any other type of Visa, including OCI, PIO cards and Indian passport is not acceptable, Copy of passport, Digital photo, Address in home country, Father's name, Delivery and pick up address in India and name in which the hotel reservation is made

Delivery information

  • Once the booking is confirmed, the operator will send you a link to pay the security deposit (USD25) and upload the soft copies of the required documents. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after picking up the device on the chosen date, provided it is received in a similar condition as was shipped to you in
  • A delivery and return fee of USD9.99 per device is required upon redemption. If you will be booking 3 devices, please book the delivery fee 3 times as well. Failure to do so will require you to pay the delivery fee directly to the operator or the booking will be canceled
  • The device will be delivered to your address, hotel reception or service apartment as per your preference
  • Please return the device and its accessories kept neatly in the bag included in the package. On the last rental day, leave the device at your hotel reception (or any other pick up location) for pick up
  • The package can be delivered to and picked up from 20 different cities in India. Please select your preferred delivery and pick up location at checkout

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 day(s) before the selected activity date
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the Wifi
