The Enchanted Carousel buffet (From December 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026)
The culinary journey begins with a spectacular seafood extravaganza, featuring a chilled selection of lobster, clams, crayfish, and snow crab legs. Seafood lovers can especially look forward to fresh oysters, available exclusively during dinner buffet from Friday to Sunday. The celebration continues with live stations, featuring a wild Yunnan mushroom risotto prepared in a whole Parmesan wheel and a carving station for roasted meats. Highlighting the menu are signature festive creations designed to delight the senses. Guests can savor show-stopping dishes such as the Spiced Honey-Glazed Halloumi & Fig Salad with prosciutto, Roasted Lamb chop with Preserved Lemon and Harissa, and the Roasted Pork Porchetta with Lemony Herb Sauce. The buffet also boasts an extensive Japanese station with assorted sushi and sashimi, a traditional Turkey Crown Kyiv with Creamy Chestnut, and an array of artisanal cheeses and condiments.
Special menus (From December 24-26, 31 & January 1, 2026)
Featuring additional delicacies such as Bone-in Ham, Pan-fried Duck Foie Gras, Beef Wellington, creamy Lobster Thermidor and Singapore Chili Crab, the grand finale awaits at the dessert corner, with festive treats including the Cherry Chocolate “Buche de Noel,” Chestnut Mont Blanc, and Traditional Panettone, providing a perfect sweet conclusion to the celebration.
