Good to know
- Age for participation: Snorkeling 9 to 59 years old, Introductory Diving 11 to 59 years old (51 to 59 years old must present a doctor's certificate stating "can snorkel / dive")
- Children under 150 cm tall must ride SUP with a parent.
- Due to health and safety factors, individuals with the following physical conditions may not be able to participate in this tour. Please contact customer service before booking: BMI over 30 (inclusive of 30).
- Items to bring: Swimsuit, towel, beach sandals.
- If you require pick-up service, please specify in the order remarks (pick-up service is limited to certain areas in Onna Village). Since not all accommodations offer pick-up, please inquire in advance if pick-up service is available.
- Prescription masks are only needed for those with myopia over 400 degrees. If needed, please specify the degree of myopia and quantity in the order remarks.
- Please confirm your health condition before booking. If you meet any of the conditions in the Health Condition Statement, you must present a doctor’s certificate stating “can snorkel / dive”.
- To prevent decompression sickness, please do not take a flight within 18 hours after diving. Please confirm your return flight time. (No restrictions for snorkeling).
- If the sea conditions at the original dive site are poor before departure, the instructor will decide to replace it with a dive site with better sea conditions.
- The actual departure, time, and location will be based on the content sent in the voucher; due to safety, professionalism, actual sea conditions, and other factors, the order may be changed or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- No refunds will be given for personal negligence resulting in inability to participate in the tour due to not paying attention to booking qualifications, health conditions, or physical conditions.
