Join this day tour from Bucharest to see the stunning landscapes of Transylvania and its magnificent gothic castles. Visit Peles Castle and see where the Romanian Royal family used to spend their summer vacations. Admire its neo-renaissance architecture and enjoy an incredible view of the town of Sinaia, which is nicknamed “The Pearl of the Carpathians.” Then, head to Bran Castle, a 13th-century fortress that supposedly belonged to Vlad the Impaler, who is said to be the inspiration behind Count Dracula. Other than being a delight for horror fans to explore, you can also see exhibits dedicated to Marie of Edinburgh, the last queen of Romania.
