Good to know
- If any trip needs to be canceled due to insufficient snow, the final decision will be made in principle within two days before departure (including trips using direct buses). If the ski resort has at least one cable car operating and one ski run is skiable, the trip will proceed as scheduled in principle.
- On the day of departure, skiing may not be possible if the reserved ski resort is temporarily closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or blizzards. In this case, unused lift tickets can be refunded, but the refund amount may differ from the local price, so please understand this.
- All rental equipment will be picked up on-site, and the exchange location will be indicated on the respective exchange voucher. The contents of each rental plan are as follows: Double ski set "includes skis, ski boots, ski poles", snowboard set "includes snowboard, ski boots"
- Please understand that facilities such as cable cars, ski schools, and snowboard parks may be unavailable without prior notice due to weather or snow conditions. (No refunds will be provided in such cases.)
- Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. When taking a bus trip, the transportation and handling of luggage and ski/snowboard equipment are only services provided by the bus driver or our company staff, and we cannot be held responsible for their safekeeping. In addition, neither our company, accommodation facilities, bus companies, nor rest stops shall be liable for theft, loss, forgetting to bring items, or luggage mix-ups caused by participants' negligence. When loading luggage, please remove any equipment that may be damaged (such as bindings) in advance to avoid damage.
- Tickets required for travel, such as bus tickets, accommodation vouchers, and lift ticket exchange vouchers, will be distributed at the meeting point on the day of departure or inside the bus. Please be sure to confirm on the spot whether the number of tickets and the number of people are correct. Please note that lost tickets cannot be reissued.
- All bus seats are assigned, please take your seat according to the seat chart posted at the bus entrance and do not change seats without authorization.
