What to expect

Enjoy a pottery painting experience in a relaxing, white-based workshop on Yagaji Island in northern Okinawa, where you can create traditional crafts called "yachimun." Freely shape plates and cups with an electric potter's wheel, and choose from three glaze colors that are reminiscent of Okinawa: Lapis Lazuli, Oribe, and Amber. Enjoy your trip to Okinawa with traditional pattern painting options and photo shoots taken by staff during your experience! "Yachimun" means "pottery" in the Okinawan dialect.
