  • To use the prepaid SIM, your cellphone’s country lock should be removed. Please contact your home country's telecom provider to unlock your phone before using this SIM card
  • All devices that can use SIM cards (phones, pads, routers, etc.) are supported
  • If the SIM card is not recognized after installation, please restart the phone
  • All the incoming calls and messages both local and overseas are free of charge but you cannot make any voice calls
  • m-VoIP (Voice Talk, Face Time, etc.) service is available and a total of 1GB of data per day will be alloted for it
  • If you have used any other SIM card in Korea except for SK telecom or KT before, there's a possibility that you cannot activate the card. If you fail to activate the card at the counter, please contact Klook customer support to request for and get a full refund
  • Upon activation, the validity period will begin (time-based; 1 day = 24 hours)
  • You can choose to activate your SIM card at the counter on the redemption date or delay the activation. If you want to delay the activation, please notify the staff on-site while picking up your SIM card
  • The service period cannot be extended
  • You can enjoy an LTE connection with phones that support Band5 (850MHz), Band3 (1.8GHz), Band1 (2.1GHz) and Band6 (2.6GHz). If your phone doesn't support these, a 3G connection will be applied instead
