[Pre-Trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. You will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the trip. Parking is not allowed freely outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver also acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. We do not provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial changes. Travelers who need to take flights on the same day should register carefully or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For additional luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the car, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer agreement from the staff’s email address jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• If the Nunobiki Ropeway is closed for maintenance or due to bad weather, you will instead visit the Kobe Kitano Foreigners' Houses.
• When Mount Maya cannot be visited in winter or due to road conditions, you will instead enjoy the night view of Mount Rokko.

[During the Trip Information]

• The stop time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We cannot provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial changes to the itinerary. Please understand and appreciate the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period of leaving the group.)
