【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be punctual for the meeting time: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (such as lateness, getting lost, or feeling unwell), a refund will not be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This tour is a fixed route group tour, and you will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the journey. Stopping at locations other than the designated attractions is not permitted.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also acts as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour. (In the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the tour guide's explanations may be relatively brief.)
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather. We regret that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should register with caution or allow ample time.
• Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2000 per piece on the spot. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a liability waiver from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure. Please return the signed form to us to ensure travel safety.

【During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The tour schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or crowds. We regret that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of the uncertainties of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any stains or damage are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the tour starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
