Prior to the start of the trip, you are strongly recommended to confirm the bus operation
Operation may be canceled in cases of natural disasters or abnormal weather. In this case, no compensation will be provided. You can, however, request for a reschedule
The trip might get delayed due to road or weather conditions. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will cover the extra fee
Full refunds can be issued if you cannot arrive at the pick up location and join the tour because of a force majeure situation (i.e. flight delays or cancelations) as long as you provide the necessary certification
Smoking inside the bus is not allowed
For your safety, please do not wear your ski boots inside the bus
