Good to know
- The usage time is calculated from the departure from the Tokyo hotel. If the group is dismissed at scenic spots or stations outside Tokyo, the driver's return time is included in the working hours. (For example, if the group is dismissed at Mount Fuji, the car usage time is 8 hours, and a 10-hour fee will be charged.)
- The overtime fee for car usage (5000 yen/hour, 3000 yen/half hour, less than half an hour is charged as half an hour) is directly paid to the driver on site.
- Traffic jams may occur during the journey. Please follow the driver's arrangements. If overtime fees are incurred due to traffic jams, you will still need to pay. Please make a careful decision.
- Once the itinerary is confirmed, please inform customer service one day in advance if you need to make changes. If the itinerary exceeds the limit, you will need to pay the difference.
- One-day chartered vehicles are uniformly charged for 10 hours, and those less than 10 hours are charged for 10 hours.
