Please note that this activity is only available in English and Japanese.
Adults aged 20 and over must ride motorcycles alone. Please select the "1 person per motorcycle" option when booking. Two adults sharing one motorcycle is not permitted.
Due to women's weaker strength, it is not recommended for two women to drive the same vehicle.
If participants wish to ride a snowmobile in pairs, only men aged 20 and over are allowed to drive. Combinations of two women or one woman + one child are not allowed to drive a snowmobile alone.
Travelers aged 2-19 cannot ride a motorcycle alone and must ride with a male aged 20 or over. When booking, please select the "2 people per motorcycle" option and fill in the age of the underage traveler in the remarks column.
After arriving at the facility, depending on the reservation situation on the day, you may have to wait about 1 hour before the experience. During this time, you can take pictures of the snow scene or play in the snow park (additional fees may apply).
The free return shuttle bus will depart after all guests have finished their activities.
Depending on the course, you may have to wait about 1 hour or longer (you can return by taxi, JR, or bus).
Adult snow boots and children's equipment (snow coats, gloves) are not available for rent.
The park may be temporarily closed in the event of a blizzard on the day of travel.
Please do not eat, drink, or make loud noises on the bus. Please do not bring large luggage onto the bus.
Those with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, and those with behavioral problems or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate in this activity.
Participation in this tour is prohibited for those who have undergone hernia, lumbar, or spinal surgery, or whose condition may be aggravated by vibration. Those with sequelae of injuries, fractures, or dislocations in their fingers, arms, legs, or other limbs are also not allowed to participate.
