Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- Your eSIM plan will begin upon connection to the destination mobile network, according to the date connected. For example, if you activate your 2-day plan on Monday, it will end at 23:59 on Tuesday.
- Check if your device supports eSIM: Click the link below to see the full list of compatible devices.
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Activation procedure
- Step 1: Enter your confirmation code found in your voucher (NPNEXXXXX) within 60 days from the date of purchase on Singtel’s registration website
- Step 2: Input your email and date of arrival.
- Step 3: Upon successful redemption, you will be prompted to register your eSIM immediately or you may do so nearer to your date of arrival as the plan will be activate immediately. You can refer to the email on eSIM registration from Singtel.
- Step 4: Proceed with eSIM registration if you would like to activate your plan immediately.
- Step 5: Scan passport and perform eKYC and face verification. Once verified, the eSIM will be registered
- Please note eSIM validity period will start upon success registration.
