- Please confirm the tour number on site and gather in front of the Shinkansen ticket gate at JR Nagano Station.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time to wait. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for those who are late. No refunds will be given for no-shows due to lateness. Please be aware of this.
- In winter, snow scenes may not be available at each tourist attraction depending on weather conditions.
- The one-way trip to Jigokudani Monkey Park requires a walk of about 2 kilometers. The roads are prone to freezing and snow in winter. Please wear warm clothes and non-slip shoes.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few people in the tour group, a driver will be arranged to provide full tour service as an accompanying staff member. No tour leader will be assigned separately. You are welcome to visit freely after arriving at the scenic spots.
- The bus seats will be arranged on site, so you will not be able to specify them. Thank you for your understanding.
- Since monkeys are wild animals, there is no guarantee that there will be monkeys in the hot spring when you visit.
