[In the case of a plan with rental] Rental shop: Ryuo Rental / Rental MIKI The basic rental fee (ski/board set, wear) is free *Compensation fee is required (1000 yen/person/day, to be paid locally, non-refundable) *There is no rental for 3 small items (gloves, goggles, hat). Please prepare them yourself. *Children’s rental is a separate fee (to be paid locally). Customers are responsible for visiting the rental shop themselves.

• The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15.
• Local staff will only respond in Japanese.
• If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will in principle be cancelled. In that case, we will notify you by email 3 days before the date of use.
• Loading snowboards and skis into the bus or trunk is free.
• Depending on the amount of snowfall and weather conditions, business hours may be shortened or some lifts may be suspended without notice during the period, but there will be no refunds associated with this.
• Refunds will not be given if lift tickets are not used due to customer circumstances.
• Arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams or accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any reduction in the on-site stay time or gliding time due to this. We are not responsible for any compensation.
