[For plans with rentals] Rental Shop: E-ma Rental Urban Hill Ishiuchi Store Rental (ski/snowboard set, top and bottom wear, gloves, hat, goggles) *A property damage insurance fee (rental compensation fee) is required on-site (¥1,000, non-refundable). *Rentals are only available for adults. Children (ages 3-11) must apply and pay on-site. Customers are responsible for visiting the rental shop themselves.

[Common Information]

• The minimum number of participants for this tour is 15.
• Local staff can only provide assistance in Japanese.
• If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum number of participants, the tour/experience will, in principle, be canceled. In that case, you will be notified by email 3 days before the date of use.
• Snowboards and skis can be loaded onto the bus or into the trunk free of charge.
• Operating hours may be shortened suddenly or some lifts may be suspended during the period due to snow conditions or weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this.
• Refunds will not be given if lift tickets are unused due to customer circumstances.
• During the morning departure day trip setting period, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams/accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any reduction in on-site stay time or skiing time due to this (no compensation will be given).
