[Departure Reminder] It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure, and the tour will depart on time. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered a “NO SHOW,” and rescheduling or refunds will not be granted.
[Itinerary Adjustment] In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure, the itinerary may be adjusted or changed to external viewing only, subject to the final arrangements for the day. The order of the day’s visits will be arranged by the driver-guide.
[Age and Health Restrictions] Travelers under the age of 3 should contact customer service in advance. Travelers aged 3–17 and over 70 are advised to purchase insurance and must be accompanied by at least one adult under the age of 69. We do not accept reservations for pregnant women or customers over the age of 80. Thank you for your understanding.
[Baggage Regulations] It is recommended to store large luggage at the train station or bus station near the pick-up point and retrieve it after the tour. Storage fees are at your own expense. Guides and drivers have the right to refuse oversized luggage. Our company is not responsible for any disputes arising from this. The toilets on the bus are for emergency use only.
[Included Fees] Round-trip 8–65-seater tourist vehicle (Mercedes-Benz/Volvo/Iveco) during peak season; During the off-season (approximately November-March), it will be changed to an 8-17 seater vehicle, and the service guide and driver will be changed to a driver-guide, providing professional Chinese tour guide services for everyone.
