[Friendly Reminder] We recommend arriving at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will close 15 minutes before departure, and all tours will depart on time. If guests do not arrive on time, the tour will be processed as a “NO SHOW,” and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered. In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause itinerary changes or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or the visit may be changed to an exterior view. The final arrangements for the day will prevail. The order of the day’s tour will be determined by the driver-guide.
[Booking Notice] Children and adolescents under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot book independently. If there are children under 12 years of age or shorter than 1.35 meters, please inform us in advance. We do not accept bookings for children aged 0-5.
